I strongly believe that anyone can benefit from coaching. Similar to how an athlete might hire a coach to improve their performance, or a business might hire a consultant to think through its next move, 1:1 coaching gives you personalized support as you navigate your life, career, and decisions.
While I specialize in helping high-achieving women in tech, I also work with clients from other corporate and professional backgrounds. In my coaching, I help clients identify what they truly want, understand the thought patterns holding them back, and take grounded action toward a career and life that feel more aligned. Together, we work on quieting self-doubt, building self-trust, and moving forward without needing the whole plan figured out first.

No, not in the traditional sense. I don’t provide career assessments, résumé or LinkedIn support, job-search strategy, or advice about which role or industry you should pursue.
My work is confidence and mindset coaching, often within the context of a career decision or pivot. You remain the authority on what is right for you. I’ll help you clarify what matters, identify the self-doubt and fear influencing your decisions, define tangible goals, and take concrete steps toward the direction you choose.

We can work on career pivots, self-doubt, overthinking, fear of failure or judgment, burnout recovery, values clarification, decision-making, goal setting, and building self-trust.
At its core, my work is about helping you stop the mental spiral and drama, reconnect with what you want, and take action without needing perfect certainty first.

I offer a 12-session coaching package spread across 12 to 16 weeks. This gives us time to understand your current patterns, clarify your values and goals, identify concrete next steps, and work through the self-doubt, fear, and resistance that come up as you start making changes.
Each session is tailored to what you need and your preferred coaching style. Between sessions, you’ll receive guided worksheets, email and Voxer support, and weekly progress check-ins to help you maintain momentum and stay accountable. -
In simple terms, therapy helps you heal and is often more past-oriented and focused on the “why,” while coaching helps you move and is more future-oriented and focused on the “how.”
One analogy is thinking of therapy like going to the doctor. Therapy is clinical mental health care and it can support diagnosis, treatment, trauma processing, emotional healing, and getting back to a healthy baseline. Coaching is not therapy and, as a coach, I don’t diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or process trauma in the way a licensed therapist would.
On the other hand, coaching is like going to a personal trainer. You’re already at a stable baseline, but you want support getting stronger, setting meaningful goals, making thoughtful decisions and taking consistent action toward them. In coaching we’ll focus on specific personal and professional goals, identify the thought patterns holding you back, and craft practical steps to overcome those obstacles and make progress towards the life and outcomes you want.

Before the call, you’ll fill out a brief questionnaire so I can understand what’s going on and what you’re hoping to change. During the call, we’ll talk through where you’re feeling stuck, what you want support with, and how coaching can help you move forward.
